Common Greetings

You, as auditor, receive me when you read on-line or download the essays or commentaries that will be posted to this website. Yes, I teach Christians to keep the commandments; to walk as Jesus walked; to have love for born and unborn sons of God--and in doing so, I will occasionally ruffle feathers of those spiritual chickens who are unwilling to confront evil and call it what it is.

Unborn Sons

Jesus did not publicly denounce Judas Iscariot before Satan entered into him (John 13:27). The same respect exists for the man of perdition who is not today possessed by the Adversary. It is, however, realization that the vast majority of Christendom are genuinely unborn sons of God that separates Philadelphia from her six sister churches. And without similar love for unborn sons of God as the saints have for other saints, born-of-spirit sons-of-God come short of being fractals of Christ Jesus.

Divorce

The basis for what Paul wrote is in his understanding of the word porneia - a marriage that had been legal becomes illegal--as in an Israelite marrying a foreign spouse--when the one spouse, the man or the woman, is born of spirit as a son of God and the other is not. Because the marriage had been legal and was made illegal through no fault of either spouse, if the unbelieving spouse wishes to remain with the believing spouse, then the marriage is bound as it had been before. If the unbelieving spouse does not wish to remain with the believing spouse, the marriage is voided and both are free to remarry, but the believing spouse is only free to marry another believer. The believing spouse is not free to leave one illegal marriage and then make another illegal marriage.

Doomsday Preppers

The anger of the Occupy Movement against the One-Percenters will not compare to the anger of hungry neighbors toward the well-prepared prepper when the social order breaks down -- it is by trusting God to provide for the holy ones--those who keep the commandments and their faith in Jesus (Rev 14:12)--that these saints will survive seven years that seem unsurvivable. And the question Doomsday Preppers need to address, are they uncovered firstborns? If they are, they will never eat from their cached foodstuffs unless they start now.

The Christ, Elijah, The Prophet

The glorified Christ Jesus is the Christ as well as the reality of the last Elijah of whom John the Baptist was a type (Matt 11:14; 17:12) as well as the reality of the Prophet of whom the elder of the two witnesses will be a type. The two witnesses collectively will be as Moses and Aaron were, and will complete the task assigned to John the Baptist of preparing a people for the Lord (Luke 1:17). The two witnesses will kill--not physically, but spiritually--those Christians who return to sin when they have been liberated from consignment to disobedience and thereby raised from death: they will kill by not forgiving sins, by condemning the lawless and purging them from Israel, declaring them anathema. And they will complete the work initially given to Elisha to kill the idolaters of Israel who escape from a spiritual king of Syria and the spiritual [angelic] king of Israel.

Against the Rules of Nations

In the South Carolina Republican primary election debate sponsored by Fox News and the Wall Street Journal, Texas Congressman Ron Paul was asked about his foreign policy positions, and his answer that we--the United States--should treat other nations by the same standard as we want treated was soundly rejected by both audience and the other candidates on stage with Paul, who suggested that a Golden Rule of international law should apply in our dealings with foreign nations that harbor avowed enemies, being unable to adequately defend his Libertarian principles.

Witnesses Against Themselves

The ministries of the slivered COG fellowships teach without being called to teach. All teach as the drunk priests of Ephraim taught (see Isa chap 28); all teach prophetic error … they would have the holy ones keep their eyes on Rome while the prophet in Salt Lake City quietly secures control of the food distribution system for this world. Because these Sabbatarians teach without being called to teach, their guilt remains and they will perish in the Affliction, the first 1260 days of the seven endtime years. If they die in faith, they might enter the kingdom of the heavens as the least of the firstborn sons of God (see Mat 5:19), the glorified holy ones who will rule the darkness that is the creation throughout the Millennium. They will then have to deal with mortal human beings who are in the Millennium as they were when they were when martyred in the Affliction. But today, before the Affliction begins, there is no dealing with them. They are as horses with bits between their teeth and the scent of distant water in their nostrils. There is no turning them to the right or to the left; there is no stopping them. Nothing short of a bullet in the head will prevent them from plunging over cliffs and jumping to their deaths. So for them, what will it be: death or death? And there is one of them in Alaska of whom I am especially fond, Earl Roemer. But there is nothing I can do for the person who continues in Armstrong’s rejection of revelation although Earl has had a death or near-death experience that might have cleared the slate for him.

The Millennium

Knowledge of God will be at its greatest when the Millennium begins--and those mortals that begin the Thousand Years would not be mortal if they had taken judgment upon themselves; so the Millennium doesn't begin with the most faithful believers, but begins with the young and the doubtful inhabiting the earth. And now we are ready to look at what the prophet Micah records (Micah 4:1–7).

Two As One - Part Two

As the Lord God communicated with ancient Israel by giving or by withholding rain in its season (Deut 11:10–15), the Lord communicates with Christians through both the groaning of the spirit and through giving or withholding blessings--and a man communicates with the Lord through both his hair length and through his desire to keep the commands of God, whereas the woman communicates by her hair length and by whether she chooses to obey her husband, disclosed to all by the woman covering her hair with a fabric covering.

Two As One

America’s founding fathers believed literally that a man and his wife were one flesh, that they were one entity with the man being the head of his wife. Therefore, there was no need to enfranchise women for they were enfranchised through being one with their husbands, their heads. And America’s founders would not have anticipated the breakdown of so-called Christian morality that would have women striking out on their own, liberated from the shackles of marriage and childbearing, washdays and spinning wheels. When the Christian Church ceased purging willful sinners from its ranks, the Church was no longer a living entity. When the Church ceased keeping the commands of God, the Church died—and the visible Christian Church has been dead ever since, but will be resurrected to life at the Second Passover liberation of Israel, when a second ransom price is paid for this dead Body of Christ.

An Introduction

For far too long, Anabaptists have been quiet folk, their enthusiasm martyred by intense 16th and 17th Century persecution. But Anabaptists didn't begin as quiet folk and they shall not end as compromising quiet folk, relaxing the least of the commandments--the Sabbath commandment--so that they can hide in plain dress in a world that mocks them. So let the battle be joined, not receiving the idolatry of this world but meeting it at the door and not permitting it to enter whether though the broadcasts of network television or cheery greetings of Sunday-keeping neighbors. Idolatry doesn't come labeled as idolatry but as truth & wisdom in a world that asks, Can't we all just get along? No, we cannot all get along; for righteousness has no fellowship with unrighteousness, and a faithful Christians has no fellowship with doubt, unbelief, and heresy.
